My athletic endeavors started around the age of 8 years old, and still continue to the present day. Early on, I became interested in putting forth my best efforts to maximize my athletic performance. This included everything from karate class, soccer, track and field, football, and weight lifting. My passion for helping people, lead me to massage therapy school, which I graduated from in 2002. I then returned to weight lifting consistently, shortly after graduation. I put together my own exercise programs based off of my knowledge of movement and the musculoskeletal system, and eventually went on to train other people. The helpful nature from my massage therapy background, was then coupled with my enthusiasm for exercise, when I was shown the benefits of ‘therapeutic exercise’ or ‘corrective exercise’ in the field of physical therapy. I enrolled in physical therapist assistant (PTA) school, and graduated with an associates of applied science in physical therapist assisting in 2013. After working in the field of massage therapy for over 20 years, and the field of physical therapy for over 10 years, I am fortunate to have enough clients work independently, and combine all of my personal accomplishments with the experience I have gained from working with people for over 20 years.
